No matter what modern-day marketing tries to convince you, fitness is a slow process.
Anyone who promises you a six-pack in like two weeks is out of their mind and should get fired from the internet.
One of the top questions I receive is, “Why am I not seeing results?”
Here’s a rule of thumb to remember for today:
It takes four weeks for you to notice a body change.
It takes eight weeks for those people close to you to notice.
It takes twelve weeks for everyone else to finally notice the work you’ve done.
So, after week one or two of your program, you can just patiently wait and know that the results are coming and to keep going.
