This site is about strength at every level.
You are someone who wants to feel strong not only in the gym, but also in your entire life.
You want to feel confident, alive, strong, and know that you can handle the things life throws your way. You want to be a leader, a badass, with the mental strength to accompany your physical gains.
Even as a 4-year high school Varsity player and then personal trainer, it took me a long time to understand the physical and mental roller coaster I was on.
I learned that it is important to build your body, your mind, your physiology, your diet, your resiliency, your agility… basically every factor that contributes to your health. Just because I had a nice body doesn’t mean I had a strong mind. This is why I kept falling off the wagon 100’s of times. I would sabotage my own efforts and I felt like I was living miles under my potential.
Changing my approach to whole-body fitness has changed everything about my body and my life for the better.
Now that things have completely changed in my life, it’s my goal to continue on this path and share the lessons I learn along the way that can help you make your life better, too.
