About

Fitness doesn’t have to be so hard.

You don’t need the newest supplement, gear, workout program, or anything else to become the best version of yourself.

You simply need to figure out what it looks like for you and get started on your journey.

You are someone who wants to feel strong not only in the gym, but also in your entire life.

You want to feel confident, alive, strong, and know that you can handle the things life throws your way. You want to be a leader, a badass, with the mental strength to accompany your physical gains.

Even as a 4-year high school Varsity player and then personal trainer, it took me a long time to understand the physical and mental roller coaster I was on.

I learned that it is important to build not only your body, but your mind, your physiology, your diet, your resiliency, your agility… every factor that contributes to your overall health.

Just because I had a nice body doesn’t mean I had a strong mind. This is why I kept falling off the wagon 100’s of times. On I would sabotage my own efforts and I felt like I was living miles under my potential.

Switching to a whole-life fitness approached has changed everything about my body and my life for the better.

Now that things have completely changed in my life, it’s my goal to continue on this path and share the lessons I learn along the way that can help you make your life better, too.

I hope you come along for the journey.
